Fungi Foray 2025 - March 22nd, 2025

A 4 hour self driven hike in our local Mingo Creek Park via the Hemlock Trail. This trail has provided the most positive creative vibes, fruitful delectable foraged finds, and sustainably harvested pigments, some used in the paints produced in our palettes! Our Permaculture Artist Brittany from Flannel Roots and Citizen Mycologist Jill, will be a source contact for suggestions on colors, medium applications or just general mushroom and foraging questions.

On our hike we hope to start finding some edible fungi to identify and share any of the foraging knowledge we have accumulated thus far. Feel free to assist in the learning experience, we all have something to learn from each other!
