Mushroom Jerky
-1-2 cups of Marinade (any recipe will work)
-1/4 to 1/2 lb Mushrooms (oyster, lion's mane, ect.) Cut into cubes or strips
-Dehydrator
Put the marinade in a plastic bag.
Place cut up mushrooms in bag.
Mix and close bag.
Refrigerate combined items for 24-28 hours.
Remove soaked mushrooms from bag and gently squeeze out additional liquid in the
mushrooms.
Place on dehydrator racks
Dry mushrooms for 8-10 hours at 160 degrees F.
